Progression Summary
Loudoun Elite Elevate teams are designed for athletes who are eager to experience competitive volleyball but are not yet ready for the full commitment of travel volleyball. This program provides a structured and supportive environment where players can develop their skills, gain game experience, and build confidence on the court. At U12, the focus is on fundamental skill development and teamwork. At U13, players refine their abilities and begin exploring positional roles. By U14, athletes are introduced to team systems and strategies to prepare for future opportunities in travel volleyball. Throughout all levels, Elevate teams emphasize skill growth, game understanding, and a passion for the sport.
